ZinkAds ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes the categories of personal data we process, the legal bases on which we rely, and the rights you have as a data subject.
What we collect
We collect business-contact information (name, work email, company) when you submit our forms, and pseudonymous device identifiers when our DSP serves an ad on our behalf. We do not collect special-category data.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, deliver campaigns, prevent fraud, measure performance and improve our platform. We never sell personal data.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data at any time by writing to privacy@zinkads.com.
